Stay savvy with your tech usage so you have more time to meditate. Here is a time-saving tip for you. You may have noticed the line at the bottom of your phone screen and wonder what it is. It’s a navigation tool that functions mainly to minimize apps and return to the home screen in all modern smartphones. The home indicator bar, occasionally referred to as the navigation or gesture bar on Android phones, can be used for gesture controls. Plus, to play the whole album, you had to get up and flip the record halfway through. Forget about wanting to skip a song — swiping a screen didn’t exist. It took a surgeon’s steady hand to drop the needle in exactly the right spot. The concentration needed was intense. One wrong move, and boom — the patient is scratched and scarred!”
