Stay savvy with your tech usage so you have more time to meditate. Here is a time-saving tip for you. You may have noticed the line at the bottom of your phone screen and wonder what it is. It’s a navigation tool that functions mainly to minimize apps and return to the home screen in all modern smartphones. The home indicator bar, occasionally referred to as the navigation or gesture bar on Android phones, can be used for gesture controls. Instead of pressing a button, you swipe upward from the display’s bottom edge to reduce open apps and return to the home screen. Additionally, you can swipe up and hold your finger there to preview your open apps and go through them. This simple function is the same for both iPhone and Android.

Hold onto your funny bones… the joke of the day is coming up! It’s called “The Analog Workout Plan.”

Grandpa Leo, age 85, is showing his grandson Finn the ancient art of vinyl records.

“Whoa, Grandpa… did people really use giant CDs back then?”

“Even better, kid. Listening to music used to be a full-body workout! If you wanted to hear the same song over and over, you couldn’t just touch a button for ‘listen on repeat,’ you’d have to get up and manually do it every time! Plus, to play the whole album, you had to get up and flip the record halfway through. Forget about wanting to skip a song — swiping a screen didn’t exist. It took a surgeon’s steady hand to drop the needle in exactly the right spot. The concentration needed was intense. One wrong move, and boom — the patient is scratched and scarred!”

?!

And now we have a heartline in Taiwanese (Formosan), with multiple-language subtitles, from Hao-Yuan in Taiwan, also known as Formosa
